This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, and share personal information when you purchase an item from Zo Xox Learning, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or Etsy's related services.

Information I Collect

When you purchase from Zo Xox Learning, Etsy may provide me with information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. This may include your name, contact information, order details, purchased products, and information you choose to provide through Etsy Messages or other Etsy-supported communications.

Because Zo Xox Learning primarily sells digital educational resources, I generally do not require additional personal information beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction and provide customer support.

provide and support products you purchase;
respond to questions or customer-service requests;
resolve order problems or disputes;
maintain appropriate business and transaction records;

I do not use information obtained from an Etsy transaction to add buyers to marketing or mailing lists without appropriate permission.

Etsy: Information is processed through Etsy as necessary to complete transactions, communicate with buyers, provide customer support, and comply with Etsy policies.
